Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Back-End Developer with 5+ years of experience in eCommerce application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA), with experience developing scalable backend solutions, integrations, and commerce business logic.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend functionality using SFRA architecture.
- Build and customize controllers, models, scripts, hooks, and scheduled jobs.
- Develop reusable cartridges and backend components.
- Integrate SFCC with payment gateways, OMS, ERP, PIM, CMS, tax, shipping, and other third-party systems.
- Develop and consume REST APIs using SFCC Service Framework, OCAPI, and SCAPI.
- Configure and manage Business Manager settings and site preferences.
- Customize promotions, pricing, inventory, search, and order management functionality.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver complete end-to-end commerce solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Follow SFCC development standards and best practices.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of software development experience.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).

- Strong understanding of SFRA architecture.

- Solid proficiency in Server-Side JavaScript.

- Experience developing custom cartridges, controllers, models, scripts, hooks, and jobs.

- Experience with SFCC Service Framework.

- Experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs.

- Working knowledge of OCAPI and SCAPI.

- Experience with Business Manager configuration.

- Experience using Git or other version control systems.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience integrating payment providers such as PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, Stripe, or similar platforms.
- Experience with OMS, ERP, PIM, and CMS integrations.
- Knowledge of SFCC Search, Page Designer, and Einstein.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic or Datadog.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification is a plus.

Added Advantage

Experience with SFCC front-end development, including ISML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive web development, and storefront customization, will be considered an added advantage.
