About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Head to oversee and drive the DDU-GKY operations across Jharkhand, Bihar, and Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in government skill development projects and the ability to manage multi-state operations seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, plan, and execute DDU-GKY project operations across multiple centers in UP, Bihar, and Jharkhand.
- Liaise with SRLMs (State Rural Livelihood Missions), Ministry officials, and other government stakeholders for timely approvals, inspections, and compliance.
- Monitor center-wise target achievements, mobilization, training quality, and placement mandates.
- Oversee project fund utilization and ensure timely submission of claims and project reports.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional project teams to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
