About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with a rare blend of sharp design sensibility and advanced technical mastery in web animation. You don't just write code to make components functional—you craft digital touchpoints that feel alive, intuitive, and visually stunning.

Sitting right at the intersection of product design and engineering, you will take sophisticated UI/UX concepts and elevate them through fluid motion, micro-interactions, scroll-driven storytelling, and immaculate layout execution. If you obsess over easing curves, grid alignment, layout transitions, and bringing flat design mockups into high-performance motion, this role is built for you.

Core Responsibilities

Motion & Animation Architecture: Design, architect, and code complex, high-performance animation systems using GSAP (Core, ScrollTrigger, Flip, MotionPath) and CSS transitions, transforming static Figma designs into immersive, narrative-driven experiences.

Design Fidelity & Visual Polish: Champion pixel-perfect design execution. Ensure that layout spacing, micro-typography, color harmony, contrast ratios, and interactive states (hover effects, skeleton loaders, button feedback) match or exceed high-end design standards.

Component & Layout Engineering: Build scalable, modular, and maintainable UI components using React / Next.js paired with modern styling tools (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, CSS Grid, and Custom Properties).

Fluid Responsiveness & Adaptive Motion: Solve complex multi-viewport layout challenges. Ensure that heavy animations scale fluidly,



degrade gracefully on mobile devices, and never compromise core accessibility, readability, or usability.

Design System & Motion Guidelines: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to help define, expand, and codify reusable motion tokens, transition standards, and interactive guidelines within our design system.

Required Skills & Expertise

Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional frontend development experience with a strong, visual portfolio showcasing animation-heavy, design-forward web applications or landing pages.

Animation Mastery: Advanced, production-level proficiency in GSAP (GreenSock) and ScrollTrigger. Deep theoretical and practical understanding of timing, choreography, staging, and organic easing curves.

High Design Sensibility: A proven eye for up-to-date web design trends (e.g., clean typography pairings, bento-style masonry grids, minimalist layouts, glassmorphism, or immersive storytelling portals) and an innate sense of visual hierarchy.

Core Frontend Stack: Strong fundamentals in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, semantic HTML5, and advanced CSS layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid, 3D transforms).

Framework Integration: Hands-on, production experience successfully synchronizing complex animations within the component lifecycles of React.js or Next.js.

Design Tooling & Workflow: Proficiency in inspecting designs, extracting design tokens, and collaborating seamlessly through tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
