A Dispatch Executive is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the dispatch of goods, or service personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The role involves communication with drivers, warehouse teams, clients, and logistics partners while maintaining proper documentation and tracking records.
Key Responsibilty
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers.
- Communicate with drivers, transporters, and warehouse staff.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and shipment records.
- Track vehicle movement and shipment status.
- Resolve delivery delays and operational issues.
- Maintain dispatch logs and inventory records.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams for order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Monitor fuel usage, route efficiency, and vehicle availability where applicable.
