1. Recent customers through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email.

2. Understanding customer needs and answering their queries related to products or services.

3. Work with other departments of the organization to close more deals.

4. Explain the features and benefits of the products and services.

5. Acquire required customer information for the sales process.

6. Maintaining the business database by entering, verifying and also backing up relevant data.

7. Conducting every interaction with respect regardless of the behavior of other parties

8. Keeping a recording of every attempt to close sales, both successful and unsuccessful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
