Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to import/export shipments, bookings, schedules, documentation, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA/customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal operations teams.
- Receive and process customer booking requests and coordinate space confirmation.
- Monitor shipments from booking to final delivery and proactively update customers on delays or changes.
- Prepare and share shipment status reports, tracking details, arrival notices, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate documentation such as Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instructions, and other shipment-related documents.
- Follow up on ETD, ETA, vessel/flight schedules, transshipment, container movement, and delivery status.




- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues while maintaining valuable customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the billing/accounts team regarding freight charges, invoices, debit/credit notes, and outstanding documentation.
- Maintain accurate shipment records in the ERP/TMS/freight forwarding system.
- Ensure customer instructions are communicated correctly to the operations team.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure compliance with applicable shipping and customs requirements.
- Support the sales team by providing operational information and customer-specific shipment updates.
- Maintain regular communication with overseas agents and customers through email and phone.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
