Qualification: Graduation

Salary: As per experience & interview

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
- Handle and lead the sales team.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve sales performance.

Required Skills

- Strong team-handling & leadership skills
- Recent lead generation & sales conversion
- Target-oriented approach
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Solar industry experience will be preferred

Performance

- Performance-based appraisal.
- Target achievement will be considered for performance evaluation.
- Target-related salary deductions will be applicable as per company policy.
