About the Role We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in Delphi and a strong interest in C# to join our team, maintaining and evolving existing Delphi-based systems while leading the migration of our codebase to C#. The role involves balancing issue fixing and improvements in legacy code with shaping the future of our platform through up-to-date technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Delphi applications
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement recent features
- Play a key role in porting Delphi code to C# across multiple releases
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions
- Contribute to technical decisions and mentor junior developers

Requirements

- Have 4 to 7 years of experience
- Possess extensive experience with Delphi (expert-level knowledge)




- Have a solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
- Have an interest in and willingness to work with C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities
