You will manage client communications, ensure project delivery aligns with client goals, and drive account retention and growth. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional command of the English language and a proven track record of managing brand relationships in a fast-paced agency environment.Key Responsibilities

- Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing daily communications and building long-term trust.
- Project Alignment: Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure deliverables meet client briefs and deadlines.
- Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your assigned portfolio to drive organic revenue growth.
- Onboarding & Retention:



Lead the onboarding process for current clients and proactively resolve issues to minimize churn.
- Reporting & Strategy: Present campaign performance reports to clients, translating marketing metrics into actionable business insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or brand management (preferably within a marketing, advertising, or digital agency).
- Language Skills: Near-native or native fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Communication Style: Assertive, commanding, and persuasive presence capable of managing high-value corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing landscapes, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content strategy.
- Problem Solving: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
