Job Title: Sales Consultant – IT Software Solutions (SaaS/CRM)

Job Type: Full-time | Remote | Night Shift

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to promote and sell IT software solutions, including CRM, SaaS, and other business applications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling SaaS or CRM products, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs and recommend tailored software solutions. This is a remote, night-shift role suited for candidates who can work with international clients/time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for IT software products such as CRM, accounting, project management, helpdesk, and other business applications
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS/CRM solutions
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and sales campaigns
- Stay updated on software product enhancements, features, and industry trends

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, with proven experience selling SaaS or CRM products (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Comfortable working night shifts in a remote setup
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills:

- Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk
- Certification or hands-on experience with CRM or enterprise software platforms
- Understanding of business process automation and digital transformation
