- Operate and maintain HVAC systems including AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, split AC, package AC and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical and refrigeration-related faults.
- Check refrigerant pressure, temperature, airflow and system performance.
- Attend complaints related to cooling, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
- Maintain compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, filters, motors, belts and blowers.
- Carry out refrigerant charging and leak detection as required.
- Inspect and maintain chilled water lines, valves, pumps and associated equipment where applicable.
- Monitor HVAC equipment performance and identify potential failures.
- Maintain daily maintenance records,



equipment logs and breakdown reports.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, HVAC and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other engineering teams for major maintenance activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment and spare parts properly.
- Follow PPE and safety requirements while working on HVAC systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
