Position: Executive – Product Master
Department: Product / Operations / ERP
Location: Trezure Casa - Chamunda Complex (Furniture Market), Thane.

We’re looking to hire for this role on a 3-month tenure initially. Based on performance and mutual fit during this period, we would explore the possibility of transitioning the role into a full time position in the future.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain accurate Furniture Product Master in Excel/ERP.
- Collect and organize product information such as Product Name, Category, Brand, Model No., Colour, Size, Material, Dimensions, Finish, Supplier, Cost, Selling Price, and SKU.
- Standardize product naming, codes, specifications, and attributes across products.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Suppliers to collect missing or incorrect information.
- Upload/update product master data in ERP and ensure proper mapping of categories, units, variants, and inventory details.
- Maintain product images, catalogues, specifications, and supporting documents.
- Regularly check and correct duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent master data.




- Prepare product-master reports and support management with product data requirements.

Required Skills

- Good MS Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, data validation, and basic data cleaning.
- Basic Tally knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of furniture/product specifications is preferred.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data and coordinate with multiple departments.
- ERP experience, preferably ERPNext, will be an advantage.

Key Objective

To maintain a complete, accurate, standardized, and ERP-ready Furniture Product Master that can be reliably used by Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, and Management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhiwandi, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
