Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments for solar PV projects
- Design and develop solar PV systems based on project requirements
- Install, test, and commission solar PV systems, including solar street lighting systems
- Execute EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) activities as per project specifications and timelines
- Ensure proper DC/AC wiring, earthing, protection systems, and electrical safety
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, electrical codes, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and corrective maintenance
- Prepare site reports, technical documentation, and commissioning reports
- Coordinate effectively with project teams, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Ensure quality, safety,



and timely completion of site activities

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Relevant experience in Solar PV / EPC / Installation / Commissioning / O&M; will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, electrical wiring, earthing, and protection
- Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication, coordination, and site-management abilities
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
