About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated CA Article Assistants who are eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple domains of Chartered Accountancy. This opportunity offers practical exposure to Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Direct Tax, and Indirect Tax while working with experienced professionals and a diverse client portfolio.

Key ResponsibilitiesStatutory Audit (SA)

- Assist in statutory audits of companies, LLPs, and other entities.
- Prepare audit working papers and documentation.
- Verify financial statements and supporting records.
- Participate in audit planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Internal Audit (IA)

- Conduct internal audit assignments across various industries.
- Evaluate internal controls and identify process improvements.
- Perform risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Prepare audit observations and recommendations.
- Assist in drafting internal audit reports.

Direct Tax (DT)

- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns.
- Support tax audits and income tax assessments.
- Prepare tax computations for individuals and corporate clients.
- Conduct research on income tax provisions and recent amendments.
- Assist in handling notices and tax compliance matters.

Indirect Tax (IDT)





- Assist in GST compliance, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Support GST audits and departmental assessments.
- Prepare responses to GST notices.
- Conduct GST impact analysis and advisory assignments.
- Assist clients with routine indirect tax compliance.

Eligibility

- Registered CA Article under ICAI.
- Strong academic background.
- Good understanding of Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a energetic professional environment.
