We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 4,600 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization.

As an RTR Expert in Finance, you will be responsible for managing and executing daily Record to Report activities, ensuring timely financial reporting and compliance, especially during Month-End Close processes. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to drive continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be an accounting professional and Subject Matter Expert in PTP, RTR & OTC processes and its guidelines
- Supports Retained organisation in the review of the GSC performance & KPIs




- Work in supporting the Global Process and Performance Heads in the overall DGF Strategy, Process Design, Process Enhancement and Process Adherence

Education / Qualification / Certification requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Professional qualification (CA / CMA / ACCA / CPA) is mandatory with detailed understanding of IFRS and accounting principals
- 0-3 years of finance operations experience within Shared Services / GBS environments.
- Exposure to ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.), workflow tools, and automation technologies is desirable.
