Job Purpose

To assist the Accounts Department in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions and supporting day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, bills, receipts and payment documents.
- Enter financial transactions in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Assist in cash book, ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
- Assist in billing, payments and expense recording.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.
- Support preparation of reports and statements as required.




- Assist the Accounts Officer/Manager in routine accounting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Qualification & Specifications

- Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Accounts;
- Technical Skills: Tally/ERP, MS Excel and MS Office.
- Accounting Knowledge: Basic knowledge of vouchers, ledgers, cash book, bank reconciliation and GST.
- Key Skills: Numerical ability, accuracy, attention to detail, documentation and time management.
- Communication: Basic English; Marathi/Hindi preferred.
- Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Institution experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
