Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 10-12 years of proven expertise in managing and executing residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, project timelines, safety regulations, and coordinating effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, construction quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
- Review, analyze, and resolve technical, design, and execution-related issues arising at the site.
- Verify quantities, monitor material consumption, inspect workmanship, and evaluate contractor performance.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities, measurements, progress reports, and quality records.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions wherever required.




- Ensure compliance with applicable construction codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, within the real estate sector.
- Strong exposure to residential and commercial building projects from execution to completion.
- Sound knowledge of RCC works, structural construction, finishing works, and general civil engineering practices.
- Proven experience in managing contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ability to read, interpret, and review civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Solid project coordination, execution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of construction quality procedures, safety standards, and site management practices.
- Proficiency in project reporting, quantity verification, and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
