Job Title: Quantitative Aptitude Trainer (willing to travel as needed)

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and knowledgeable Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to deliver engaging classroom sessions for students across various colleges. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students for aptitude tests conducted for campus placements, competitive examinations, and higher education entrance tests.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Quantitative Aptitude training sessions at assigned colleges.
- Teach topics including Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number Systems, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, and Problem Solving.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, practice exercises, and mock tests.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve aptitude skills.
- Motivate students and use interactive teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with college placement cells and internal academic teams regarding training schedules.
- Maintain attendance, training reports, and student performance records.
- Travel to different colleges as per the training schedule.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.




- 1–2 years of experience in Quantitative Aptitude training for campus placements or competitive examinations.
- Strong command of quantitative concepts and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).
- Ability to engage large student groups and simplify complex concepts.

Preferred Skills

- Classroom management and public speaking.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to colleges and educational institutions.

Work LocationBased in Hyderabad with regular travel to colleges across the assigned region.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
