Position: Accountant
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Perundurai

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle complete day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare and file GST Returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable GST returns.
- Perform GST reconciliation and verify Input Tax Credit (ITC).
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing within statutory timelines.
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and support payment follow-ups.
- Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other accounting reports as required.
- Maintain proper documentation for GST, TDS, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors/consultants for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.





Required Skills :

- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong practical knowledge of GST Returns and GST Compliance
- Strong knowledge of TDS calculation and return filing
- Good understanding of complete accounting procedures
- Solid knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and account finalization
- Understanding of basic Income Tax and statutory compliance
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
