About MyRx

MyRx is a digital healthcare and telemedicine platform focused on making healthcare services more accessible through technology. We are looking for qualified BAMS Doctors to join our prescription validation team and ensure prescriptions are reviewed accurately and in accordance with clinical and internal guidelines.

Role Overview

The BAMS Doctor will be responsible for reviewing and validating prescriptions generated through the MyRx platform. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and adherence to established prescription validation protocols and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate prescriptions submitted through the MyRx platform.
- Ensure prescriptions are clinically appropriate and contain all required information.
- Verify dosage, frequency, duration, medication details, and other prescription parameters.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential clinical concerns and escalate them as per protocol.
- Ensure prescriptions comply with applicable clinical and internal guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while processing prescriptions within defined turnaround times.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams whenever clarification or correction is required.




- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow data privacy requirements.
- Document validation outcomes accurately in the designated system.
- Follow MyRx SOPs, quality standards, and escalation procedures.

Eligibility & Requirements

- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate regulatory authority.
- Strong understanding of prescription practices and medication-related information.
- Good clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital healthcare platforms.
- Previous experience in telemedicine, prescription validation, clinical documentation, or healthcare operations will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Shift Timings

The position will operate in either of the following shifts:

- Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
