WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a Senior Buying and Merchandising Executive who will own vendor management, production follow-ups, and sourcing operations across our apparel supply chain. This person will ensure timely production, maintain strong manufacturing partnerships, drive quality standards, and ensure smooth inwarding of finished goods.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end sourcing and production activities for apparel categories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with garment manufacturers and suppliers.
- Follow up with vendors on production schedules and ensure timely order execution.
- Coordinate with merchants and internal teams for day-to-day production activities.
- Ensure timely inwarding of finished goods into the warehouse.
- Track production status and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.
- Monitor vendor performance on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms with vendors.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate production reports, vendor records, and sourcing documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.





WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of experience in apparel sourcing, garment production, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, trims, and production workflows.
- Proven experience managing apparel vendors and production partners.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Solid problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
