- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment to minimize machine downtime.
- Carry out maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, valves, cooling towers, and utility equipment.
- Handle hydraulic and pneumatic systems, belts, chains, bearings, couplings, and drives.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and P&ID; diagrams.
- Conduct regular inspection and condition monitoring of machinery.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and perform Why-Why analysis / RCA.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with production and other maintenance teams for breakdown and planned maintenance activities.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and support inventory planning.
- Maintain equipment in safe and reliable operating condition.
- Follow EHS, LOTO, PPE, and safety procedures during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain records and update maintenance activities in CMMS/software such as Bitrix or other maintenance management systems.





Required Skills

- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, compressors, conveyors, bearings, and rotating equipment.
- Valuable understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency breakdowns.
- Basic computer knowledge and maintenance documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in manufacturing plants, FMCG, automotive, engineering, or industrial maintenance will be preferred.
