Job Responsibilities

Product Development Management: Lead the product development department to complete product development and cost accounting accurately and on schedule; oversee the department's daily operations and management; streamline, refine, and implement departmental processes to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of standards; and define product pricing logic while consolidating and analyzing pricing data.
2、Quality Issue Management: Coordinate recent product industrialization processes based on specific customer characteristics; ensure internal quality standards align with customer requirements; support customer annual quality management initiatives to maintain a stable quality management system; and promptly coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
3、 Internal Operations Management and Optimization: Responsible for key KPIs such as sales revenue, on-time delivery rates, and production lead times; facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination to resolve supply chain issues; propose solutions for supply chain bottlenecks; and formulate medium- to long-term capacity requirement plans.
4、Key Project Management: Lead continuous improvement projects for the operational processes of the product development and supply chain departments, as well as other joint projects with clients.
5. Customer Management: Initiate joint projects to meet customer needs, standardize cooperation methods,



and improve factory operational processes; guide customers in jointly enhancing work practices and communication styles to ensure smooth collaboration; maintain and manage customer relationships; and organize and participate in regular customer meetings.
6. Other: Develop and train team members to ensure team stability; conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to cultivate qualified talent for company operations; and adjust team workflows and key responsibilities as needed based on actual requirements.

Requirements

1. Possesses 5–10 years of experience in product development and supply chain order management within the luggage/bags or textile/apparel industry, along with extensive industry knowledge and strong capabilities in product development and order management.
2. Possess familiarity with foreign trade business processes and regulations, and a comprehensive understanding of the entire workflow—from product development to supply chain operations and export. Capable of providing customized services tailored to diverse market needs and client requirements, thereby securing further opportunities while ensuring successful product development and the achievement of sales targets.
3. Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of conducting high-level business communication and negotiations.
4. Possesses outstanding team management, cross-departmental collaboration, and problem-solving skills; capable of coordinating the resolution of various issues and working closely with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
