Your work profile

- We are looking for a highly experienced OMS Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Order Management System (OMS) solutions.
- The ideal candidate will drive business and technical discussions, mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of OMS initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end OMS implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable OMS solutions.
- Drive solution design, system integrations, and process improvements across the order lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Production Support teams.
- Review functional specifications, test strategies, and UAT deliverables.
- Lead defect triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and production issue resolution.
- Support release planning,



deployment validation, and post-production activities.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.

Key skills required

- Robust expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and end-to-end order lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with OMS implementations, integrations, and production support.
- Proficiency in SQL, API Testing (Postman), REST APIs, JSON/XML, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience working with Azure integrations or cloud-based integration platforms is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in OMS, Retail, E-commerce, or Supply Chain projects.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- IBM Sterling OMS, Manhattan OMS, Oracle OMS, SAP Order Management, or Salesforce OMS.
- OMS implementation, integration, modernization, and production support projects.
- Exposure to enterprise integrations, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps is an added advantage.
