Experience

1–3 years preferred in NEET Counselling, Medical Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Telecalling or Admission Counselling. Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable and target-oriented NEET UG Counsellor to work remotely and guide NEET aspirants and their parents through the MBBS/BDS admission and counselling process.

The counsellor will handle leads through calls and WhatsApp, understand student profiles, provide suitable counselling guidance, conduct regular follow-ups and convert genuine enquiries into counselling/admission clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel NEET UG aspirants and parents regarding MBBS/BDS admissions and counselling.
- Understand NEET score/rank, category, domicile, budget and college preferences.
- Explain MCC Counselling, State Counselling, AIQ, State Quota, Deemed Universities and Private Medical Colleges.
- Guide students regarding eligibility, registration, choice filling, seat allotment, reporting and documentation.
- Analyse student profiles and suggest suitable college and course options.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries and digital leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain proper follow-up schedules.
- Convert qualified leads into counselling/admission services through effective and ethical communication.
- Maintain student details and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the counselling and operations team through online communication.
- Stay updated with NEET UG counselling schedules, eligibility criteria, seat matrices and admission notifications.
- Achieve individual and team calling,



counselling and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.

Required Skills

- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive understanding of the NEET UG admission process.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over phone/WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, Google Workspace and WhatsApp.
- Self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
