Responsible for supervising daily rubber mat production, managing workers and machines, achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, reducing wastage, and ensuring workplace safety. Coordinates with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily rubber mat production and production staff.
- Achieve daily production targets and maintain product quality.
- Monitor machines, materials, and production processes.
- Reduce wastage, rejection, and machine downtime.
- Ensure workers follow safety and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Planning teams.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Train and guide production workers.

Forklift Operation

- Operate forklifts safely for loading, unloading,



and moving raw materials and finished rubber mats.
- Ensure proper handling, stacking, and storage of materials.
- Conduct basic pre-operation safety checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working area.

Duty Time & Shift Schedule

- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Duty hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Shift rotation: One week day shift followed by one week night shift.
- Forklift operation is required during the assigned shift.
- In case of an emergency or urgent production requirement, Sunday may also be a working day.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,984.67 - ₹20,000.00 per month
