About the Role

Corpsford Private Limited is expanding its regional operations, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and experienced Branch Accountant to take complete charge of our financial operations at the Gorakhpur branch.

You will manage day-to-day book-keeping, branch expenses, vendor billing, inventory reconciliations, and coordinate directly with the central finance team to maintain impeccable financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Book-keeping: Maintain precise, up-to-date ledgers for all branch transactions, cash flows, and banking records.
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate customer invoices, track accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Vendor Management: Process vendor payments, reconcile ledger balances, and verify invoices against received inventory/services.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor local office operational expenses, manage petty cash, and prepare monthly branch expense reports.
- Compliance Support:



Assist in compiling documentation for local taxation, GST filings, and corporate audits.
- Inventory Reconciliations: Co-ordinate with the branch warehouse team to reconcile physical inventory against accounting records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: B. Com or M. Com graduate (or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting).
- Software Skills: Deep proficiency in Zoho Book & Zoho Inventory, MS Excel (Advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and standard accounting software.
- Core Knowledge: Strong command over GST rules, TDS deductions, billing procedures, and corporate accounting principles.
- Soft Skills: Robust analytical thinking, absolute integrity, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with local vendors and management.
- Local Advantage: Candidates currently residing in or native to Gorakhpur will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
