Cost Estimation & Budgeting

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction and renovation projects.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and cost plans.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs.

BOQ & Tender Management

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
- Evaluate contractor and vendor quotations.
- Perform rate analysis and cost comparison studies.
- Assist in vendor selection and procurement processes.

Billing & Cost Control

- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills based on actual work progress.
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Track variations, change orders, and their financial impact.

Required Skills





- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and rate analysis.
- Knowledge of contract administration and tendering procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, Bluebeam, or similar QS software.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
