Head of Sales, Marketing & Operations

Senior Management / Business Growth Role

The person should essentially function as the second-in-command for the business, reporting directly to the Directors .

Core purpose of the roleTo take ownership of the day-to-day business performance of Pawsworld, increase sales and profitability, develop and execute marketing strategies, manage store operations and staff, improve systems and processes, and drive overall business growth.

They should be responsible for:

- Sales & Revenue
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Monitor store-wise and employee-wise performance
- Improve conversion, average bill value and repeat sales
- Develop sales strategies and incentive structures
- Marketing & Growth
- Plan digital and local marketing campaigns
- Generate new customers
- Increase repeat customers
- Develop promotions and partnerships
- Build Pawsworld's brand presence
- Store Management
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Ensure SOP compliance
- Monitor stock, displays and inventory
- Improve customer experience
- Ensure stores are properly staffed and functioning
- People Management




- Manage sales staff and store teams
- Set KPIs and review performance
- Train and motivate employees
- Handle attendance, discipline and productivity
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding
- Identify and develop future managers
- Business Development
- Identify current revenue opportunities
- Develop corporate/partner relationships
- Explore new products and services
- Analyze competitors and market trends
- Identify opportunities for expansion
- Financial & Performance Management
- Track revenue, gross margin and expenses
- Prepare weekly/monthly management reports
- Identify areas of leakage or unnecessary expenditure
- Improve profitability, not just sales
- Systems & Processes
- Build SOPs
- Implement CRM/attendance/task-management systems
- Create accountability structures
- Ensure tasks are completed on time
- Use data to make business decisions

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
