Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design, lead, and govern enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, and contemporary AI orchestration frameworks. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in AI architecture, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI governance, cloud AI platforms, and emerging AI development paradigms including Vibe Coding .
The role involves architecting scalable AI solutions using Vertex AI or Azure AI Foundry , building agentic workflows with LangGraph , defining AI governance controls, and enabling secure enterprise AI adoption while balancing innovation, risk, compliance, and business value
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Architecture
Design end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI solutions aligned to enterprise business objectives.
Define scalable AI reference architectures, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
Lead architecture reviews and technology decisions for AI platforms and toolchains.
Drive enterprise adoption of AI-first engineering and AI-assisted development practices.
Agentic AI & Orchestration
Architect multi-agent and agentic workflows using LangGraph .
Design deterministic and non-deterministic orchestration strategies.
Implement workflow routing, tool calling, memory management, and reasoning chains.
Define human-in-the-loop approval and exception handling mechanisms.
LLM & Knowledge Architecture
Design Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Build and govern:
Knowledge Stores
Context Stores
Vector Databases
Semantic Search Frameworks
Define prompt engineering standards, prompt lifecycle management, and evaluation frameworks.
Optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, cost, and explainability.
AI Platform Engineering
Architect solutions using:
Google Vertex AI OR
Azure AI Foundry
Design AI platform capabilities including:
Model hosting
Prompt management
Model gateway
AI observability
Safety guardrails
LLMOps practices
Vibe Coding Leadership
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development and Vibe Coding practices.
Define patterns for:
AI-assisted software development
Automated code generation
Agent-assisted testing
AI code review
Development productivity measurement
Establish governance and quality controls for AI-generated code.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Define Responsible AI frameworks and governance controls.
Conduct AI risk assessments and model risk reviews.
Implement controls for:
Data privacy
Security
Compliance
Hallucination mitigation
Prompt injection protection
Model monitoring
Human oversight
Ensure adherence to enterprise AI governance policies and regulatory requirements
