Role Overview: We are seeking a quick, versatile, and highly driven Creative Intern to join our core team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of Navi Mumbai where you will lead the rapid production of high-impact visual assets, video editing, and brand assets to power our digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit, cut, and assemble raw footage into high-energy, high-retention video ads, Reels, Shorts, and long-form video content at an aggressive, rapid pace.
- Conceptualize and design high-converting static creatives, logos, brand kits, and ad banners for various Meta and Google marketing campaigns.
- Implement dynamic visual effects, seamless transitions, trending typography, and precise audio syncing to maximize audience engagement.
- Work hand-in-hand with our Technical Automation Intern to pass over organized asset variations, templates, and project files for automated rendering and programmatic ad deployment.
- Continuously generate multiple visual Hooks and CTA variations for the same campaign to allow for aggressive, high-volume A/B testing on ad platforms.
- Maintain a structured, clean repository of all creative assets, project files, and raw materials on your workstation to ensure zero downtime in production.

Stipend & Career Growth Structure: We believe in rewarding high performance. This internship offers a clear,



structured trajectory into a full time position:

- Months 1 to 3 (Evaluation Phase): ₹7,000 / month
- Months 4 to 6 (Performance Extension): ₹14,000 / month
- Post 6 Months (Full-Time Core Team PPO Conversion): ₹28,000 to ₹30,000 / month salary based entirely on the performance and commitment shown during the internship.

Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements:

- Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Strong intuitive sense of pacing, seamless transitions, visual effects, and dynamic typography animation to keep audience retention high.
- Graphic & Brand Design: Deep understanding of layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy to design modern logos, vector layouts, and high-converting ad assets from scratch.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard video suites (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve) and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma). CapCut Pro power-users considered if output speed is exceptional.
- Location & Availability: Must be based in Navi Mumbai and fully able to commute to the office at least 2 days a week for physical collaboration and reviews.
- Mandatory Workstation: You must possess your own high-performance personal laptop/workstation (BYOD) capable of handling heavy video rendering and graphic design workloads smoothly (Minimum 16GB RAM and dedicated graphics card recommended).
- Mindset over Degrees: We value practical capability, speed, a "hustle" mindset to pump out large volumes of creative variations, and a strong personal portfolio over formal degrees or specific educational fields.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
