Position: Solar Site Supervisor / Project In-Charge

Experience: 2–5 Years in Solar Installation / EPC Projects

Job Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Solar Site Supervisor / Project In-Charge who can independently handle solar projects from site survey and material planning to installation, commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and supervise complete solar projects at site.
- Conduct/coordinate site survey, measurements and installation planning.
- Handle solar panel, inverter, structure, cable, earthing and other installation work.
- Manage site manpower, electricians, technicians and subcontractors.
- Coordinate material requirements, delivery and proper utilization at site.
- Ensure installation is completed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor daily work progress and maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, DISCOM and other concerned teams whenever required.
- Handle troubleshooting and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Ensure proper safety practices and quality standards at the project site.




- Maintain daily site reports, material records and work-progress updates.
- Supervise testing, commissioning and system handover.
- Take complete ownership of the assigned project until successful completion.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Rooftop Solar / On-Grid Solar Systems.
- Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, DC/AC cabling, earthing and protection systems.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings and understand site layouts.
- Good manpower and site management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling ability.
- Should be comfortable travelling to different project sites.
- Must be capable of independently handling a complete solar project.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or relevant technical field preferred.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be responsible, technically sound and capable of taking complete ownership of a solar project without continuous supervision.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
