Please go through following JD of Corporate Taxation & Services.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with around 10 years of relevant experience in Direct Tax.

- Solid expertise in direct tax advisory, tax litigation, assessments and appeals.

- Hands-on experience in transfer pricing, compliance and related-party transactions.

- Lead strategic tax planning and tax optimization initiatives aligned with business objectives.

- Advise business and leadership teams on tax implications of transactions, restructuring and new initiatives.

- Manage external tax advisors, consultants and legal counsel and represent the organization before tax authorities.

- Monitor changes in tax laws and proactively assess their business impact and tax risks.





- Experience in a large, diversified corporate environment or Big 4/tax consulting firm would be preferred.

- Strong commercial orientation, stakeholder management and ability to translate complex tax matters into practical business recommendations.

- Working knowledge of Indirect Taxation will be an added advantage.
