Job Responsibilities
● Design engaging social media creatives, including carousel posts, promotional graphics, and branding content for various digital platforms.
● Create monthly performance report creatives and visually compelling client presentation materials.
● Develop news update posters, moment marketing creatives, and special occasion designs based on the weekly content calendar.
● Design recruitment and hiring campaign creatives, including hiring posters and employer branding materials.
● Create service promotion and business awareness posts to strengthen the company's online presence.
● Design welcome creatives for new employees, team announcements, and placement celebration posts.
● Develop educational content such as Myth vs. Fact carousel posts and other informative social media designs.
● Create professional LinkedIn personal branding templates and visual assets for leadership profiles.
● Design engaging comic-style marketing creatives and other innovative visual concepts to improve audience engagement.
● Produce promotional creatives for the Digital Marketing team, Pi Media,
and other internal marketing initiatives.
● Design social media handling promotion posters and campaign creatives to support business growth.
● Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team to deliver branding, promotional, and campaign materials aligned with marketing objectives.
● Handle urgent and ad hoc design requirements for office branding, internal communications, and business needs.
● Ensure all creatives maintain brand consistency, high visual quality, and are delivered within deadlines according to the weekly content calendar.
● Stay updated with current design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative concepts to produce impactful marketing materials.
Eligibility Criteria :
● Laptop/PC : Must have access to your own computer.
● Software Knowledge : Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of additional design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Canva ) is a bonus.
● Qualification : Open to candidates from any educational background.
● A strong creative sense and attention to detail.
● Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
