We’re Hiring: **Construction Technology & Business Operations Intern – M.Tech Civil Engineering**

**Location:** Sector 74, Gurugram

**Duration:** 6 Months

**Work Mode:** Full-time, In-Office

**PPO:** Possible, subject to performance

**Bildwell – Construction Simplified** is looking for an **M.Tech Civil Engineering student**, preferably with a focus on **Pricing, Estimation, Quantity Surveying, BoQs or Construction Management**, for a customer-facing internship at the intersection of:

**Civil Engineering + Construction Technology + Business Operations + Customer Success**

This is **not a conventional Site Engineer internship**.

The role is primarily office-based, with **none or very limited site visits**, and involves working directly with contractors and construction businesses to help them understand and adopt the Bildwell platform.

### What you will do

You will be trained on Bildwell and progressively take responsibility for:

**Platform Understanding → Customer Calls → Software Demonstrations → Customer Onboarding → Customer Guidance → Customer Success**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding Bildwell workflows across Projects, BoQs, BoMs, material planning, procurement, vendor management and project execution
- Speaking with contractors and understanding their current business processes
- Calling prospective customers and identifying relevant requirements
- Conducting online and in-person product demonstrations
- Explaining Bildwell functionality using practical construction examples
- Guiding customers through registration and onboarding
- Helping customers set up and start using the platform
- Following up with prospects after demonstrations
- Supporting early-stage customer adoption and success
- Capturing contractor feedback, requirements and product insights

### Who should apply

We are particularly interested in candidates who:





- Are pursuing **M.Tech in Civil Engineering**
- Have an academic interest in **Pricing, Quantities, Estimation, BoQs or Quantity Surveying**
- Understand basic construction materials, rates, quantities and Units of Measurement
- Have **good spoken English communication skills — mandatory**
- Are comfortable speaking with customers and business owners
- Can explain technical concepts clearly
- Are interested in Construction Technology and SaaS
- Want exposure beyond a conventional site-based Civil Engineering role

### How performance will be measured

This is an outcome-oriented internship.

The principal performance metrics will be:

✅ **Number of qualified Bildwell product demos conducted**

✅ **Number of customer conversions achieved**

We will also evaluate product understanding, communication quality, follow-up discipline, customer onboarding and customer success.

### PPO Opportunity

Strong performers may be considered for a **Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)** after successful completion of the six-month internship.

The PPO will depend on performance, customer conversions, product knowledge, communication capability, ownership and overall contribution during the internship.
