Job Summary

Responsible for Center HR related concerns

Key Responsibilities

artner with business and location leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Manage workforce planning and hiring , including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and internal movements.

Drive employee engagement and workplace culture through events, communication, and recognition programs.

Handle employee relations , grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

Support performance management and talent development initiatives, including succession planning and retention.

Oversee HR operations , including onboarding, exits, transfers, confirmations, and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies,



statutory requirements, and audit processes.

Monitor HR metrics and analytics , such as headcount, attrition, hiring, and productivity, and provide leadership insights.

Coordinate learning and development programs to build employee capabilities and leadership readiness.
