Job Description

1) Handle machine breakdown, repair, and troubleshooting.

2) Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM) of all machines.

3) Have positive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and machine instrumentation.

4) Troubleshoot motors, sensors, heaters, solenoid valves, control panels, wiring, etc.

5) Identify the root cause of repeated machine breakdowns and take corrective action.

6) Maintain PM schedules, breakdown records, and maintenance reports.

7) Ensure availability of critical spare parts and consumables.

8) Manage and allocate daily work to 2–3 maintenance personnel.

9) Train team members on basic maintenance and machine safety. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and on time.

Qualification & Experience

1) ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

2) 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/packaging industry.

3) Practical knowledge of production and packing machines is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
