About the Role

TruPaisa is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The role involves generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain TruPaisa's products/services.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
- Update lead and customer information in the CRM/system.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Relationship Management.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Basic understanding of the stock market/financial services is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
