DcorAsia, a design-led artistic lighting brand, is looking for a dynamic Sales cum Operations Manager to drive business growth while ensuring seamless order execution. If you love the intersection of art, craft, and commerce — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the team to drive B2B sales with architects, interior designers, developers & hospitality clients
- Manage the team for end-to-end order execution — from PO to dispatch & installation
- Coordinate with production, procurement, QC & logistics for on-time delivery
- Lead the team to handle key accounts, negotiations, quotations & after-sales support
- Represent Dcorasia at design expos,



trade fairs & other business growth possibilities.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in Sales &/or Operations, preferably in artistic / decorative lighting / Furniture industry
- Dual exposure to Sales + Operations will be highly preferred
- Strong B2B negotiation, ERP/CRM proficiency & design sensitivity
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach
