Position: Project Planner – Metro / Infrastructure Projects
Location: Chennai
Budget: Up to ₹75,000 per month
Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline, look-ahead, recovery, and updated project schedules.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays/deviations.
- Track project milestones, critical activities, dependencies, and critical path.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and Testing & Commissioning teams for progress updates.
- Support delay analysis, EOT documentation, and recovery planning.
- Monitor manpower, material, procurement, and site activities against project plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in project planning and project controls.
- Primavera P6 is mandatory with strong working knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, CPM, progress tracking, and schedule updating.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Robust analytical, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Metro Rail, Railway, Infrastructure, PSD, MEP/E&M;, or EPC projects will be preferred.

Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
