Role Overview
Janak Infra is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer (Civil) to ensure quality control and assurance for ongoing infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance & Quality Control procedures at project sites
- Conduct inspections of civil works as per drawings, specifications, and standards
- Review material test reports, site test results, and ensure compliance with approved standards
- Maintain QA/QC documentation including checklists, inspection reports, NCRs, and quality records
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Clients for quality-related matters
- Monitor work execution and ensure adherence to approved methods and project quality plans
- Prepare daily and weekly quality reports and submit to management/client
- Identify defects, deviations,
and ensure corrective & preventive actions
- Assist in internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at all stages of construction
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Experience: Min 3 years in QA/QC or Site Engineering in infrastructure / construction projects
- Knowledge of civil construction standards, drawings, material testing & inspection procedures
- Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong coordination, communication & documentation skills
- Attention to detail and strong quality monitoring ability
