QWay Technologies is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in Healthcare RCM, Sales, and Internal Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, lead generation, and client engagement skills, with a proven ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities-

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct outbound calls and internal sales activities to promote company services.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities,



and customer interactions.

Required Skills & Experience-

- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Internal Voice Process, or Healthcare RCM Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales follow-ups.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
- Background in Sales, Business Development, or Internal Voice Process.
- Strong customer engagement and presentation skills.
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
