We are looking for a highly driven professional to lead the growth of our India operations. The primary responsibility is sales and business development, while also managing recruitment and HR activities to support expansion.

Key Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Lead recruitment activities to fulfill client hiring requirements. - Develop partnerships with companies, institutions, and industry stakeholders. - Achieve monthly sales and business growth targets. - Coordinate with the UAE leadership team to expand operations across India. - Contribute to strategic planning and operational growth.

Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales (Recruitment Industry), Business Development, or HR. - 5+ years of experience is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of the Indian recruitment and corporate market. - Proven sales and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. - Verifiable employment history is mandatory.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
