Role of the Store In-charge would be managing the timely materials/items requisition, receipt of material/items at stores/stock yard, ensuring proper storage, issuing and delivery system at construction site, ensuring the store is kept clean and organized at all times, inventory management and team management

Responsibilities:

· Maintaining inventory as per requirement / target

· Material Issue according to requirement and proper documentation of records

· Creating Rejection Note and returning of rejected material to suppliers/vendors

· Effective and cordial vendor management

· Handling freight movement of machinery / equipment etc

· Handling all stores, purchase& vendor function, co - ordination related activities

· Conducting physical stock audit, reconciliation and accuracy at any point of time

· Material Inward/outward in ERP, register & relevant documentations

· Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly consumption plan

· Any other task assigned by Supervisor / Engineer / Reporting Manager

· ISO Documentations

Desired Requirements:





· Any Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma

· 5 - 7 years of store handling experience preferably in a construction / infrastructure-based organization

· Sound knowledge and experience in using relevant software tools and processes

· Positive communication and interpersonal and project management kills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Hubballi, Hubli, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
