We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist who understands the Yoga & Wellness industry and has strong expertise in Off-Page SEO, Link Building, Brand Mentions and Authority Building.

This role is primarily focused on building high-quality, relevant backlinks for yoga websites while maintaining robust SEO fundamentals and long-term website authority.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily high-quality backlink building campaigns for yoga & wellness websites.
- Identify and acquire relevant, authoritative and niche-specific backlinks.
- Work on guest posts, niche edits, contextual links, resource links, brand mentions and other white-hat link-building opportunities.
- Evaluate websites before link acquisition based on:
- Spam Score
- Domain/website authority
- Relevance
- Indexing status
- Crawlability
- Traffic & overall website quality
- Link profile quality
- Focus on acquiring links that can provide genuine SEO value and link juice, rather than simply increasing backlink numbers.
- Build a strong brand mention and digital authority strategy for yoga brands.
- Monitor backlink indexing, link health and overall link profile.
- Identify toxic, low-quality or potentially harmful links and maintain a clean backlink profile.
- Keep track of competitors' backlink profiles and identify new link-building opportunities.
- Work with SEO content requirements to ensure backlinks are placed naturally and contextually.
- Understand and incorporate AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) considerations into the overall SEO strategy.




- Continuously test new off-page strategies and work at a high pace while maintaining quality.
- Maintain daily/weekly backlink reports and track campaign progress.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should:

- Have practical knowledge of SEO & Off-Page SEO
- Have a good understanding of the Yoga, Wellness, Fitness or Health industry
- Know how to differentiate quality backlinks from spammy/low-value links
- Understand indexing, crawlability, spam score and link relevance
- Have experience with guest posting, niche edits, contextual backlinks and brand mentions
- Understand how backlinks contribute to domain authority, rankings and organic growth
- Be comfortable working with daily link-building targets
- Have a quality-first approach instead of focusing only on backlink quantity
- Be able to research competitors and discover new link opportunities
- Stay updated with modern SEO practices, including AEO & GEO
- Be proactive, rapid and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Your primary goal will be to help our yoga websites build stronger topical authority, better backlink profiles and sustainable organic growth through high-quality off-page SEO.

We are not looking for someone who simply submits links to random websites.

We need someone who understands why a link is valuable, where it should be placed, how relevant it is, whether it can get indexed/crawled, and how it can contribute to the overall SEO strategy.
