Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented EV Sales Manager to lead and drive electric vehicle sales at our Tirupati location. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing customer relationships, generating leads, and expanding the EV customer base in Tirupati and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual EV sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the EV sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase EV sales and market penetration.
- Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, digital platforms, referrals, corporate tie-ups, events, and field activities.
- Handle customer enquiries, product demonstrations, test drives, negotiations, and booking closures.
- Explain EV features, battery technology, charging requirements, running-cost benefits, warranty, and financing options to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, offers, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Registration, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads and maintain accurate records in CRM/DMS.
- Conduct and participate in EV promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Develop corporate, institutional, fleet, and local business opportunities for EV sales.




- Track daily sales performance, lead conversion, bookings, deliveries, and cancellations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support the team in resolving customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies, and reporting requirements.

- Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in EV, automobile, two-wheeler, four-wheeler, dealership, or automotive retail sales will be preferred. Candidates who have successfully managed a sales team and achieved monthly targets will have an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards
Location: Tirupati
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
