We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in guiding them through visa processes and booking consultations.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from our verified lead list.
- Explain visa options such as Study Visa and Tourist Visa.
- Guide clients on document requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Schedule consultations with our immigration counselors.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and represent our brand with professionalism.
