Service Floor In-Charge – Suzuki Two-Wheeler Dealership | Kochi
Job Description:
Supervise daily service floor operations, allocate jobs to technicians, monitor repair quality and turnaround time, ensure proper job-card processes, coordinate with Service Advisors, resolve technical issues, and maintain customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage technicians and daily workshop workflow.
Ensure timely completion and quality of service jobs.
Monitor job cards, productivity and pending jobs.
Support diagnosis and technical problem-solving.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Spare Parts team.
Ensure workshop safety, discipline and 5S standards.
Handle customer concerns related to service quality.
Achieve service targets and maintain Suzuki standards.
Experience: 2–5 years in two-wheeler service/workshop operations.
Location: Kochi, Kerala.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
