Job Description:

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Pashtush, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers worldwide receive a seamless and delightful shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our esteemed customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing assistance through various communication channels, including phone, email, and WhatsApp. You will utilize our internal software to manage and respond to customer queries promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer customer queries, resolve issues, and provide product information via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Utilize internal software to manage and track customer interactions and orders.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ensure transparent and effective communication in English, as our customer base is international.




- Exhibit patience and willingness to assist customers in a friendly and empathetic manner.
- Learn about our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Customer Relationship Manager with prior experience to talking to international clients and solving their queries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Patience and a customer-focused mindset.
- Quick learner and adaptability to use internal software effectively.
- Availability to work on a project-based contract for 4 months.
- Potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance review.
