Your Mission: You will be the strategic engine bridging enterprise needs with AI-native testing solutions, driving deep product adoption and massive revenue expansion across our most complex accounts.

THE PILLARS OF IMPACT

1. Relationship Management (50%)

- Own key accounts as the primary point of contact, delivering insights that help clients scale smarter through usage pattern analysis.
- Deep dive into feedback loops and business needs to ensure long-term alignment with the platform.
- Drive continuous product adoption by identifying and solving high-level client business challenges.

2. Business Growth (30%)

- Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential within existing enterprise accounts.
- Drive account renewals and expansions by consistently demonstrating the ROI of autonomous testing.
- Manage intricate stakeholder relationships to navigate complex procurement and growth cycles.

3. Performance + Coordination (20%)

- Track and report account performance regularly to maintain visibility into account health and expansion readiness.
- Collaborate across Sales, CS, and Product teams to resolve blockers and deliver exceptional client service.
- Proactively address client challenges without supervision to maintain seamless service delivery.
